I'm almost caught up - YAY!
Thursday was a HUGE day for our pilgrims - my favorite of the journey.
· 8.20 Masada.
· 12:00 River Jordan: Renewal of Baptism Vows.
· 1:30 Lunch in Jericho.
· 3:30 Beth Shean (ancient Scythopolis).
·
Dinner and overnight at Ron Beach Hotel in Tiberias.

NO. 2: Father’s blessing
If you don't know the story of Masada, please check it out. It is wild and dramatic. So dramatic in fact, there's a movie with Peter O'Toole that tells the story. Picture a fortress on top of a mountain where a whole community lived. There is a cable car to the top but most of our pilgrims chose to climb up.

Reconfirming your baptismal vows in the Jordan River is an awe-inspiring event. Here are some pix:
