....our Redeemer Pilgrims should have arrived in Tel Aviv a short time ago and are probably on their way in a sheroot (sp?) - a.k.a. a bus - to Jerusalem to get setled in at St. George's College. I spoke to our son, Philip, about midnight last night, who was traveling on an Israeli airline from New York. People say this is the safest airline you could ever travel because security is so tight! Well, Philip saw that in action. He said he was treated as a "security breach/V.I.P." - which scared me, of course! My boys have learned to tell me about their scary escapades AFTER they are out of danger! Anyway, upon check-in, I guess they didn't like the look of Philip and asked him a lot of questions. Then, they took all of his stuff which they later returned. Then he was escorted to the gate and escorted onto the plane before anyone else! He never felt any danger and actually kind of liked the royal treatment, I think.
I'll check back in when I hear they have made it to Jerusalem. Let us know if you hear anything!
